据琥珀教育 出国留学机构老师表示，在雅思口语方面经常被学生问到这样一个问题，高中英语底子很好，高考一百三十多分，四六级也是随便看看就过，但为什么这些成绩在雅思面前如此的人小言微呢？

In terms of transportation, the subway is being under construction thus it must be more convention for people to go out; besides, private cars are gaining quantity and we find people spending more time being held up in the traffic jam.

About humanity cultural, Hefei has been evaluated as the “National Civilized City”, for the improvement of the resident’s quality, and numerous floating people flock in search of fame and fast money，making contribution to local economy.

As to environment, the urban infrastructure is more completed due to the economic growth. For instance, we have more and more skyscrapers and high-grade consumption places. But bad thing is smog is gaining frequency, too many cars.

Hefei is fulfill its developing potential and tending to be a more advanced and harmonious community.

参考答案从交通，人文和环境三个方面对话题进行阐述，做到了条理清晰，论点论据充分，语言饱满深刻，没有废话。
